The FNS technical support and helpdesk serves one function, and one function only – to help our clients.

 

The world of IT is complex and confusing and there’s no reason why you, as a business owner, should be expected to understand it. After all, you know how to drive your car, but would you know how to replace the starter motor? No, probably not. You take it to a qualified mechanic who will identify the problem and then give you a solution to that problem. The same principle applies to your IT.

 

The vast majority of our work can be done remotely but if we need to schedule site visits, we will. Some companies are happy for us to have remote access to individual machines enabling us to fix problems ‘in vision’, and some, quite understandably, are not.

 

As with every service we offer, our technical support is tailored to what you and your business needs to carry on your day-to-day activities uninterrupted.
